At Eden Rejuvenation, our commitment is to ensure a positive and fulfilling wellness experience for all our clients. To support this, we have established a clear and fair refund policy for our services.

Service Cancellations & Refunds

Single Session Bookings: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule single-session bookings. Cancellations made within this period will be fully refunded or credited to your account for future use. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Packages & Memberships: Refunds on packages or memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis if you are unable to continue due to medical reasons. A prorated refund may be offered for unused sessions upon the presentation of a doctor’s note.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to limited availability.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
