Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

Eden Rejuvenation provides wellness therapies including Red Light Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Hot Tub, Ice Bath, Compression Boots, and other related services. Services are offered subject to practitioner assessment and client suitability. We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. All therapies are complementary to general wellness and should not replace medical advice or treatment.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

All sessions must be pre-booked. Walk-ins are subject to availability. A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required to secure bookings. Payments accepted: debit/credit cards, Revolut, and cash. Prices may change without notice; confirmed bookings honor price at payment time. Packages must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows

Single sessions:

Greater than 48 hours' notice: full refund or credit.

Less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows: 100% session fee forfeited.

 

Packages: prorated refund with doctor's note; non-medical refunds at Eden's discretion.

 

Cooling-off period: 14 days for online purchases (unused sessions only).

Refunds processed in 7–10 business days.

 

4. Client Health Disclosure (Mandatory)

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health changes. Failure to disclose voids liability. Eden may require GP clearance for certain therapies. Ongoing responsibility to update health status remains with the client.

5. Health and Safety Guidelines

Clients must follow all safety instructions. Wet areas maintained with chlorine/bromine. Clients with sensitivities should consult a doctor. Clients feeling unwell or under influence will be rescheduled or refused treatment.

 

6. Preparation for Treatments

Wear loose, cotton clothing. Remove shoes where applicable. Avoid cosmetics, lotions, perfumes before sessions. Stay hydrated; limit caffeine and alcohol. Smoking reduces efficacy and is discouraged.

 

7. Equipment and Personal Belongings

Clients bring personal devices at their own risk. Eden Rejuvenation is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to belongings.

 

8. Session Timing and Punctuality

Arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to accommodate subsequent clients. Repeated lateness may incur full session charges.

 

9. Treatment Results Disclaimer

No guarantees or claims regarding treatment outcomes. Therapies support wellness and are not substitutes for medical care. Clients should consult healthcare providers if uncertain.

 

10. Conduct and Behaviour

Respectful behaviour toward staff, other clients and equipment is mandatory. Disruption may result in refusal of service. Quiet is requested in shared areas.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal and health information is collected solely for service delivery and protected under GDPR. Full details are available in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

Eden Rejuvenation reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The most current version will always apply and be published on our website.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or attending, you agree to these Terms, accept personal responsibility for your participation, and confirm that health disclosures have been made truthfully.
