Booking & Refund Policy

At Eden Rejuvenation, we value your wellness journey and strive to provide an efficient, fair, and transparent booking experience.
The following policy outlines the terms for bookings, deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Booking Terms

Advance Booking:
All sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accommodated when possible, subject to availability. -
Minimum Age Requirement:
Clients must be 18 years or older to independently book services. Minors require written parental consent. -
Health Disclosure:
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent surgeries at the time of booking and before treatment.
Eden Rejuvenation reserves the right to request medical clearance (e.g., GP letter) where necessary.

2. Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required at the time of booking to secure appointments. -

Cash (advance payment required)

Deposit Application:
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations with 48+ Hours' Notice:

Full refund or account credit (valid for 6 months).

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice:

50% of the session fee will be forfeited as a cancellation charge.

Any remaining balance (if prepaid) may be refunded or credited at Eden Rejuvenation’s discretion.

No-Shows:
-
Full session fee forfeited. No refunds or credits provided.

Late Arrival Policy:
-
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid disruption.

Full session fees still apply for late arrivals.

4. Packages and Memberships

Medical Exemption Requests:
Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis with valid medical documentation. Prorated refunds may apply for unused sessions. -
Non-Medical Refund Requests:
Generally non-refundable, but may be considered at Eden Rejuvenation's discretion. Administrative fees may apply. -
Package Validity:
Packages must be fully used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed. -
Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases):
Clients purchasing packages online are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law.-
If no sessions have been used, a full refund will be issued.

If any session is attended during the 14 days, the cooling-off right is waived.

Cancellation during the cooling-off period must be requested via hello@edenrejuvenation.com with your order details.
5. Refund Processing

Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. -
Method:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If unavailable, alternative arrangements may be agreed. -
Processing Fees:
A small administrative fee (up to 5%) will apply to cover transaction and handling costs, except where Eden Rejuvenation is responsible for cancellation.
6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

We aim to respond to all refund/cancellation requests within 1 business day.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Force Majeure:
Eden Rejuvenation reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public health restrictions, family emergencies). -
Eden Rejuvenation-Initiated Cancellations:
If Eden Rejuvenation cancels your appointment, you will be offered:-
A full refund, or

Free rescheduling at your convenience.

8. Data Privacy Notice
Personal data provided in connection with bookings, cancellations, and refunds will be processed securely and confidentially in line with GDPR requirements.
We will never share your personal information without your explicit consent.
