What is the duration of a typical session?

We offer a variety of session lengths depending on the service you choose:

  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT):
    Sessions are available in 60-minute or 90-minute options.

  • Red & Infrared Light Therapy:
    Each session lasts 15 minutes.

​

  • Recovery Room:
    Enjoy 75 minutes of access to our hot tub, ice baths, infrared sauna, compression boots, and massage tools.
