Cancellation Policy
Booking & Refund Policy Last Updated: 26/04/2025 At Eden Rejuvenation, we value your wellness and aim to offer a clear, fair booking process. Please review the terms below for bookings, deposits, cancellations, and refunds. 1. Booking Terms All sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accepted if possible. Clients must be 18+ to book independently; minors require parental consent. Disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent surgeries at booking and before treatment. Medical clearance may be requested. See full Terms & Conditions. 2. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit or full prepayment is required at booking to secure appointments. Payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, Revolut, Cash (advance only). Deposits apply toward final session cost. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations 48+ hours before appointment: full refund or account credit (valid 6 months). Cancellations under 48 hours: 50% of session fee forfeited; remaining prepaid balance may be refunded or credited at our discretion. No-shows: full session fee forfeited; no refund or credit. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions; full fees apply. 4. Packages & Memberships Medical refund requests considered case-by-case with valid documentation; prorated refunds may apply. Non-medical refund requests are generally non-refundable but may be considered with administrative fees. Packages expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise agreed. EU law provides a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases: full refund if no sessions used; waived if session attended. Requests during this period must be emailed with order details. 5. Refund Processing Approved refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or agreed alternative. Administrative fees (up to 5%) may apply except when Eden Rejuvenation cancels. 6.
